This event was hosted by DAV (Troy Crosby). The Elks Club provided the food. In attendance to welcome the riders were Legionnaires Jeff Meurer, Ralph Mathews, Rana Krussow and Luis Martinez III. Walt Koenig from the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce, and other DAV, CVWVA, VFW and Elks Club members attended. The riders arrived at 5:15 pm on May 1st at the San Angelo VFW.
The riders were Cody Brakefield, Josh Wright, Kevin Keplinger and Clark Castle. They are riding to raise suicide awareness for active-duty and all military veterans. In the group photo below, the four riders are holding their banner. Troy Crosby is holding the American Flag. Luis Martinez is presenting the Texas flag.
