The EC-47 History Site Vietnam War Commemorative Partner Program - Pinning ceremony

June 9, 2021, San Angelo, Texas

The EC-47 History Site Vietnam War Commemorative Partner Program (CPP) committee hosted a local ceremony in tribute to Vietnam combat medic veteran Bryan Booth and his wife, Connie. The Booths, ranchers from Junction, Texas, were in San Angelo on business and had made arrangements to receive the Vietnam War Commemorative lapel pin a couple of weeks prior. American Legion Post 572 member and coordinator for the CPP, Tom Nurre, and his wife Kitty hosted the ceremony in their home. American Legion Post 572 Adjutant, Carl Frentz, made the presentation as Nurre read the Certificate of Appreciation. Other guests not shown in this photo also attended.
